Champagne Toast to the United States of America and our Veterans

Appetizer: Watercress & Melon Crab Martini

Intermezzo: Refreshing Lemon Sorbet

Entrée: Triple Pepper Beef Tenderloin & Creamy Coconut Shrimp Garnish

Accompaniment: Banana Potato Croquette, UMES Collard Greens Roulade

Dessert: Palate Pleasing Baked Alaska with Sauce Raspberry

Beverages: Exotic Roasted Coffee with Infused Kahlua & Assorted Herbal Teas
