COASTAL HOSPICE ADVOCATES ON CAPITOL HILL

Mark Massey, Compass Program Coordinator with Coastal Hospice, met with U.S. Senator Ben Cardin of Maryland during Hospice Advocacy Day on Capitol Hill.

Mark Massey, Compass Program Coordinator with Coastal Hospice, attended the Hospice Action Network and the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization’s annual Advocacy Days on July 17-18 in Washington, D.C. Massey personally met with Senators Ben Cardin and Chris Van Hollen of Maryland to discuss specific legislation related to hospice and rural healthcare. The two-day event brought together more than 240 hospice advocates from across the nation.
