A memorial fund in memory of the late Billie Mae Cooper, founder of Cooper Insurance Company in Salisbury, has been established at the Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore. This fund was established with contributions received in memory of Billie, and will provide scholarships for students attending Wor-Wic Community College. The new fund was announced during the week of her birthday, January 13th.
