- Learn all about healthy eating, meal planning, and cooking through a series of fun and interactive workshops that offer expert demonstrations, hands-on activities, supplies and materials to take home, and free samplings.
- Experience the fun of learning about healthy meal planning and eating together! We want all family members to participate—grandparents, parents, and children. Families will learn easy dinner ideas from Expert Chef, Caitlin Evans, as she demonstrates each week. Caitlin is a UMES graduate, has years of experience in the hotel and restaurant industry, and is currently a Hospitality and Baking Teacher at Worcester Technical High School.
- Be inspired to eat healthy and lose weight as workshop leaders and participants alike share their own healthy eating tips and weight loss stories, including Caitlin’s amazing story of how she lost over 100 pounds!
